Precision Polymer Engineering Names Aldridge to Operational Excellence Role
Precision Polymer Engineering (PPE), a manufacturer of high-performance molded elastomer seals, appointed Lawrence Aldridge as operational excellence manager.

The role is designed to champion operational excellence across the organization, both in manufacturing operations and across all other functions. Aldridge will work in both PPE and its sister company FTL Technology (FTL) based in Leeds, United Kingdom. His targets will be to improve efficiency across the businesses, reduce waste, and continue driving output quality to world-leading standards. Aldridge has also joined the PPE senior management team and will be a key member of the team participating in the overall planning and running of the business.
Aldridge has a strong track record of delivering operational and quality improvements having previously worked as quality & business improvement manager for a leading LED manufacturing company and quality manager at one of the UK’s largest printing groups.
