Dover Acquires Colder Products

Colder Products Company (www.colder.com), a provider of quick-disconnect couplings, was acquired by Dover Corporation (www.dovercorporation.com). Colder will join the Components Group within Dover Electronics, a subsidiary of Dover Corporation.

Colder Products Company (www.colder.com), a provider of quick-disconnect couplings, was acquired by Dover Corporation (www.dovercorporation.com). Colder will join the Components Group within Dover Electronics, a subsidiary of Dover Corporation. With the acquisition, Colder will join other Dover companies, such as Dialectric Laboratories, Novacap, and Kurz-Katsch, as a designer and manufacturer of products for industries including medical, biopharmaceutical, automotive, military, and instrumentation. Colder expects the acquisition to enable it to make further investments in RFID (radio frequency identification) and the biopharmaceutical market, as well as further strengthen its presence in life sciences.
