Storm Mfg. to Acquire Superior Controls

Storm Manufacturing Group (www.storm-manufacturing.com), supplier of Buckner Irrigation Products and F.C. Kingston Industrial Control Valves, has entered into a definitive purchase agreement with Superior Controls (www.superiorcontrolsco.com). The merger of Superior Controls and Buckner is expected help the two companies gain a stronger foothold in the brass control valves, actuators, and quick couplers markets. Storm Manufacturing Group will continue to market both the Buckner and Superior brands. Storm Manufacturing Group is a division of Storm Industries Inc., a diversified organization based in Torrance, Calif., which provides high-level management services to the Storm family of companies.
