Swagelok Company (www.swagelok.com) signed an exclusive agreement with Jetalon Solutions (www.jetalon.com) to commercialize Jetalon’s CR-288 concentration monitor technology. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
As part of the deal, Swagelok is commercializing technology for the semiconductor industry to increase process control and reduce chemical consumption and wafer scrap. The technology incorporates Jetalon’s optical concentration measurement technology and the patented Swagelok DRP valve product line.
The CR-288 concentration monitor will be exclusively manufactured and distributed by Swagelok through a global network of more than 200 authorized Swagelok sales and service centers in 54 countries.
