NewAge Industries (www.newageindustries.com), a manufacturer of hose and tubing products, named John Stover director of product management and David Schwass director of sales. The personnel changes, prompted by the creation of a new Product Management department, are intended to help meet the growing needs of the company and its AdvantaPure division. The AdvantaPure group focuses on the pharmaceutical, biomedical, and other clean-application industries.
Mr. Stover will head the newly created Product Management department. In this role he will be responsible for maintaining all product data and specifications for new product development and testing. His duties will involve both the NewAge Industries and AdvantaPure product lines. Mr. Stover has over 25 years experience in the plastics and rubber industry, including most recently as director of sales for NewAge Industries.
Mr. Schwass, who has held various sales positions with NewAge Industries over a 21-year period, will take over as director of sales. He moves into this position after serving as regional sales manager for the AdvantaPure group.
