SPX Corporation (www.spx.com) tendered an offer to acquire all the shares of Aktiebolaget Custos, a Sweden-based manufacturer of pumps and aerator filters and regulators, for an estimated $155.3 million (US). Custos is a publicly traded company that serves industrial, marine, and HVAC heating and plumbing markets. SPX intends for Custos to operate within the SPX Flow Technology segment.
