Fluke Acquires DH Instruments

Fluke Corporation (www.fluke.com), a provider of portable, professional electronic test tools, acquired DH Instruments (DHI, www.dhinstruments.com), a manufacturer of high-performance pressure and gas flow standards, including calibration process software.


Fluke Corporation (www.fluke.com), a provider of portable, professional electronic test tools, acquired DH Instruments (DHI, www.dhinstruments.com), a manufacturer of high-performance pressure and gas flow standards, including calibration process software. DHI also offers A2LA-accredited pressure and gas flow calibration services, as well as metrology training courses at their facility in Phoenix, Ariz.

Under the agreement, DHI will become part of the Fluke Precision Measurement division, joining the Fluke calibration product and service teams. Fluke Precision Measurement provides standards, calibrators, data loggers, general-purpose test instruments, software, training, and global support and service.

Fluke expects the DHI acquisition to expand the breadth of its precision measurements business and help it provide stronger support for other products.
