Brooks Instrument (www.brooksinstrument.com), a provider of flow measurement and control solutions, acquired Key Instruments (www.keyinstruments.com), a manufacturer of precision-machined acrylic flowmeters, molded plastic flowmeters, glass tube flowmeters, electronic flowmeters, and flow control valves for medical, industrial, water, chemical, and laboratory applications.

Key Instruments is expected to expand Brooks Instrument”s reach in the low-flow application environment. Brooks plans to maintain the Key Instruments brand name and facility in Trevose, PA.
