Yokogawa Corporation of America (www.yokogawa.com/us/), a provider of automated solutions to the process industries, officially announced its collaboration with NextNine Service Automation (www.nextnine.com) to deliver Advanced Remote Monitoring Services (ARMS), a proactive remote monitoring service that permits companies to focus limited resources on the manufacturing process.
ARMS is expected to enable Yokogawa to remotely monitor its client systems at the user’s facility, proactively discover and diagnose problems, and remotely and securely conduct predictive and preventive maintenance activities.
