BETE”s low-flow, air-atomizing XAEF spray nozzles are designed for coating and chemical applications. The pressure-fed nozzles are capable of handling viscous liquids, such as light oils and flavorings. The nozzles feature a very uniform, fine atomization. Design features include external mix spraying of viscous materials; variable atomization; moderate spray angle (60 degrees to 90 degrees); and precise metering of the liquid flowrate. The nozzles can be supplied with a number of hardware options to allow cleanout, shutoff, or both. Hardware options are available in manual and pneumatic versions. Pneumatically operated at only 30 PSI, the nozzles are drip-free with an automatic cleanout shutoff.
