Bematek Systems” Z-Series line ofwet-mixing colloid mills employ a new milling technology for theprecise particle size and biomass size reduction of fruits, vegetablesand other foodstuffs. The sanitary wet-mixing machines are designed for fruits, vegetables, and other foodstuffsfrom a pulpy slurry to smooth, homogeneous viscosities. Suitablefor in-line processing, the machines employ an abrasion-resistant milling headthat features a standard rotor and stator which can be modified to meetspecific customer requirements where precise control and repeatabilityare necessary. Capable of 10 to10,000 GPH throughput, the machinesfeature 316 stainless steel construction, rotors and stators made froma proprietary hardened material to withstand abrasive slurries andcomply with 3A, USDA and FDA standards. Models are fullyscalable and offered for laboratories, pilot plants and productionfacilities.
