Groth Corporation”snew line of relief valves is designed for environments toocorrosive for metallic or fiberglass devices.Constructed ofnonmetallic, corrosion-resistant materials, the valves feature anall-polymer internal construction for harsh chemicals, such asChlorine, Ethylene Dichloride, Hydrochloric Acid and othercorrosive materials.Polymer valvesoperate in a similar fashion to their metal and fiberglasscounterparts. They protect low-pressure atmospheric storage tanksfrom excessive pressure and/or vacuum and limit fugitive emissions bypreventing constant tank “breathing” to atmosphere. The nonmetallicpressure and/or vacuum relief valves are available invent-to-atmosphere or pipe-away configurations.
