Moyno”s 2000 HSSystem is designed to serve as a cost-effective alternative toexpensive, high-maintenance piston pumps and open conveyors fordewatered sludge transfer in municipal wastewater treatment. Itfeatures an integral hopper with a twin-screw auger feeder and Moyno G4progressing-cavity pump for semi-dry, high solids, dewatered municipalsludge to over 50 percent solids. The system”s twin-screw feedersupplies a constant, pressurized feed rate to the pump, resulting in a100 percent pump cavity fill rate. The enhanced design of the patentedUltra-Feed pump rotor head provides volumetric efficiency. The systemfeatures a non-pulsing flow, which translates into significantly loweroperating pressures. Additional product features include: industrystandard VFD controls; closed piping system; ultra-drive gear jointdrive train system.
