Oseco”s PROLPrupture disc operates in very low pressure vessels, where equipmentoperating costs are key considerations. It has a fully opening,perimeter-scored design, which utilizes Oseco”s unique computerizedload-cell technology. The disc is suited for most gas, vapor, or liquidlow pressure applications. Operating ratio is 95 percent. The discprotects the safety of plant personnel by relieving pressure before itreaches potentially dangerous proportions, reduces damage to equipment,and minimizes process downtime. The disc also providesenvironmental protection by preventing fugitive emissions to theatmosphere when used as relief valve isolation.
