Niagara Meters”5600 Series serves a dual use as an ultrasonic liquid level system andan open-channel flow controller. The instrument is a noncontactsystem, which means no contamination of material, no lost partsor cables, no material build-up on the sensing face, and it isnot  affected by grease, suspended matter, silt, or corrosivechemicals. The system’s Sentry DSP provides stable and accuratereadings under process conditions. The FRP or optional stainless steelenclosure offers a high level of protection in harshenvironments. For level, the system can monitor up to eighttransducers of various  frequencies, and vessels of differentheights and shapes. For open-channel flow, it provides uniformand reliable flow measurement data and assists in meeting water quality regulatory requirements.
