Burger & BrownEngineering”s Smartflow Ferrogard magnetic water filter incorporatesFluid Conditioning Systems” patented magnetic fluid filteringtechnology (US Patent #6,743,365, EU Patent #1,076,601). The filterremoves fine metallic particles suspended in process fluid such ascooling water. A replaceablemagnetic core captures metal particles as small as one micron whileallowing ample fluid flow through small process lines. Small coolingwater lines in injection molds may become clogged with metallicparticles due to corrosion and rust. This filter is designed to helpkeep these small lines clear for optimum processing efficiency. Thefilter is line-mounted with connection sizes _”, 3/8″, and _” NPT andBSP. Maximum working pressure is 150 PSI, and maximum temperature is240 F.
