WL Gore”s GR PTFE sheet gasketing has been upgraded with addeddimensional stability. Featuring a newly patented microstructure, thesheet gasketing provides enhanced creep relaxation for betterperformance at elevated operating temperatures. Its improved sheetintegrity helps prevent fractures that can occur due to improper gasketloading in exceptional circumstances, such as extreme flange deviationand misaligned flanges. The sheet gasketing can be used in most typesof sealing applications. The material is impervious to virtually allchemicals, is suitable for use from -450 F to 600 F (-268 C to 315 C),and withstands pressures to 3,000 PSIG. The material also complies withFDA food requirements.
