Diba Industries’flared tubing assemblies feature a proprietary thermal formingtechnique. Diba flares the end of its tubing assemblies, backing themwith a washer and threaded bottom seal fitting to create a leak-tightseal. Flow diameter and consistent volume are maintained in sample,reagent, wash, waste, and other types of lines. Tubing is availablewith a range of standard threaded connectors and tubing sizes, as wellas custom configurations. Users can specify tubing material, insidediameter, and outside diameter for single-flare or double-flareassemblies. To further control flow characteristics, single-flareassemblies may also be specified with reduced diameter nozzle tips,while double-flare assemblies may be specified with reduced diametersections.
