Chemineer’sClean Sweep impeller provides top-to-bottom motion with global movement at tank walls, evenwhen center-mounted on a cylindrical vessel without the use of internalbaffles. The blades are designed to producethorough mixing throughout the entire vessel, yielding a homogenous mixand providing good off-bottom suspension of many materials. The impellertechnology, containing two slightly downward-curved bladesvertically mounted to the impeller hub, prevents buildup on horizontalsurfaces, allowing components to be easily cleaned. The impeller is a good fit forlow-shear, high-purity sanitary mixing applications andaccommodates mixing at low liquid levels. All-welded, constructed, or removable designs are available.
