Edlon’s Secure& Pure family of vessels, linings, and coatings are designed forsanitary or chemical applications. Vessels feature a one-piece,90-mil-thick, removable Teflon PFA liner with a high-densitypolyethylene outer shell to eliminate possible metal-ion contaminationfrom the container. Additional features include sidewall cutouts forliquid level monitoring, heat exchanger coils, PFA-coated mixerassemblies, spray bars, baffles, and flare-type fittings for feed lineconnections. The line also includes fluoropolymer coatings andglass-backed, bonded fluoropolymer liners designed to satisfy sanitaryrequirements. Liners are adhered using a proprietary bonding system.Liner materials include PVDF, ECTFE, Tefzel, Teflon PFA, FEP, or PTFE.Coatings and liners are capable of withstanding full vacuum conditionseven under severe temperature and corrosion.
