Upchurch Scientific’spolymer fingertight fitting is capable of withstanding temperatures upto 200 C/392 F. Made of polyketone (PK), the fitting exhibitsbiocompatibility comparable to PEEK. The fitting is rated to 6,000 PSI(414 bar) at 200 C and to 12,000 PSI (827 bar) at ambient temperatures,making it a good fit for applications where a metal fitting isunsuitable, such as protein analysis and ion chromatography.
