Sitrans LR 200 Radar Level Devices

Siemens Energy& Automation’s Sitrans LR 200 radar level transmitters are CSA, FM,and Atex approved for use in hazardous areas containing flammablegases, such as in the chemical and petrochemical industries, withoutthe need for an intrinsically safe barrier. The Sitrans LR 200instrument is a two-wire, loop-powered pulse radar transmitter for levelmeasurement of liquids in bulk storage or process vessels. The deviceis suitable for the chemical, pharmaceuticals, and petrochemicalindustries. Typical applications are liquids with high temperatures,high pressures, vapor, or vacuum. The Sitrans LR 200level transmitter offers high immunity to condensation or otherdeposits, works at the low frequency of 6.3 GHz, and supplies signalsfor measuring ranges up to 65 feet.
