Using Thermal Dispersion Air Flowmeters in Wastewater Treatment Plants

Nov. 18, 2012

Compressed air is normally used to provide air into Activated Sludge wastewater aeration basins. Controlling the amount of air that is released is very important since it controls the growth and the health of the microorganisms. Thermal dispersion air flowmeters can be effectively used to control the amount of air to run such systems properly.
