AW-Lake Company’s EDGE Flow Sensor with optional Bluetooth mounts on flowmeters to provide a frequency, current or analog signal. The sensor offers three optional pulse output configurations including push/pull, sinking and sourcing as well as a Modbus output. A Bluetooth mobile application allows users to monitor and program flowmeters from a smartphone. Operators can remotely configure, set parameters, fine-tune adjustments and troubleshoot the sensor.

The SignalFire RANGER, a universal IIoT platform to connect industrial sensors to the cloud using MQTT technology over cellular networks, is now certified by Verizon to operate on its wireless network. It comes with a web-enabled interface to monitor, trend and receive alarms. The SignalFire Cloud platform provides for remote configuration of the RANGER transmitter and its attached sensor(s). Operators can turn on/off the relay output from the Cloud interface to remotely control pumps, motors, valves and more.

Users can view data values in real time, set alarms, acknowledge alerts, review data and generate reports from their mobile device. The system supports both Modbus RTU-485 and TCP protocols and can monitor up to 64 Modbus registers and 12 different digital or analog status conditions.
