Instrument Associates to Service KROHNE’s Oil & Gas Business
KROHNE Inc. has added oil & gas to the industries served by Instrument Associates (IA) of Illinois, KROHNE’s representative in Northern Illinois and Northwestern Indiana.
IA has been providing sales and customer support for a wide range of KROHNE level, flow, temperature, and pressure measurement products in the industrial industries, and will now offer service for instruments and systems for oil & gas.

In addition to distribution, IA offers manufacturing and fabrication services, as well as global inventory, technical support, fabrication, engineering, and design.
“Based on their expertise in this emerging market, we felt that it was the correct move to expand Instrument Associates’ scope of responsibility when the need was recognized,” said Vince Scalabrino, district sales manager for the Great Lakes Region. “They’ve been a leader in instrumentation and industrial processing for 60 years, and we know they’ll put their skills and experience to work for us in the areas of oil & gas exploration, refining, and transportation.”
