“This year will be an off year, but this may work to the advantage of firms that are poised to act in the economic expansion anticipated for 2015 and beyond,” says Beaulieu. “We will discuss the good and the bad, and determine the best course of action for control system integrators based on an objective, verifiable reality.”

Other speakers include Robert Tucker, president of the Innovation Resource Consulting Group, who will speak about driving growth through innovation. Nick Setchell, CEO of Practice Strategies, returns this year with a presentation on the keys to capturing ideas that contribute to financial success. How the best companies select people and build winning cultures will be presented by Ken Edmundson, CEO of Ken Edmundson LLC.

CSIA will also be debuting its new online community, the Industrial Automation Exchange, during the conference. The Exchange will replace the association’s Find an Integrator directory with an online community that connects system integrators, industry suppliers, and end-user clients.
