MCAA Invites Students to Annual Instrumentation & Process Automation Forum
The Measurement, Control & Automation Association’s annual Industry Forum for providers of instrumentation used in industrial process control and factory automation will be held April 19-21, 2015 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Over 200 attendees, including college students, are expected to attend this educational event featuring expert speakers, breakout sessions, roundtables, and peer networking opportunities.
According to MCAA, the association has reached out to college and university students to attend this meeting free of charge as a way to encourage them to consider the process control industry as a future career. Students are invited to take part in topical discussions and meet with corporate leaders to discover more about career opportunities within the automation industry, the association says. MCAA says it’s planning an even bigger outreach to students at the 2016 Industry Forum in Nashville.
