At the heart of VEGA Americas’ 50-acre site lies the 230,000-square-foot complex that houses the company’s business operations, advanced manufacturing and production facility, and state-of-the-art training center and lab.
In a time of remarkable growth for VEGA Americas, the new $50 million campus represents an investment in better serving its customers, its employees and the community.
VEGA Americas relocated approximately 21 miles north to Mason after seven decades headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, which saw the company grow steadily to a degree that necessitated a far larger campus. With its new facility, VEGA Americas is committing to better serving its customers by bringing on more employees to support its sustained growth, expanding the range of products it manufactures in the U.S., and providing insightful product and industry training.

To attract and retain top talent, the new building offers a wealth of amenities, including a restaurant, fitness center, game room and coffee bar. This is complemented by ample collaboration spaces and meeting areas spread throughout the building. Outdoors are a half-mile walking trail, basketball court and bike rentals for employees and visitors to enjoy.
The surrounding land on-site is filled with lush greenery and plant life, and is dotted by a large pond that provides a sparkling backdrop through the windows of the state-of-the-art training lab. The verdant landscape is meant to harken back to the Black Forest region of Germany, home to the VEGA Grieshaber headquarters in the town of Schiltach.
Just as important as a beautiful location to VEGA Americas’ site search process was a city partner that shared the values and principles of the company. The city of Mason and its new Mason R&D Park was selected because of how they connected with VEGA’s vision.
