MARLBOROUGH, MA – April 29, 2025 (SignalFire release) —SignalFire is increasing its operational footprint by 25%, enabling the company to more than double its production capacity. By July 1st, 2025, the expansion of the company’s manufacturing facility located in Marlborough, MA, will be completed. This momentum positions SignalFire for continued investment in its people, technology and infrastructure to support its growing customer base while maintaining best-in-class deliveries and customer support.

In 2008, SignalFire Wireless Telemetry began with a clear mission: to develop reliable and rugged monitoring solutions for the oil and gas industry. Then in 2020, one of its innovations, the RANGER, quickly distinguished itself as a game-changer — paving the way for SignalFire’s expansion into a wide range of international markets which accelerated the company’s growth trajectory.

Recognizing a critical need across industries for easy-to-use, safe, efficient monitoring, SignalFire broadened its offerings with a sensor-to-cloud platform using the latest in cellular technologies, LTE-M/NB-IoT to support applications in water and wastewater management, municipal environmental services, agriculture, marine operations, industrial manufacturing, refining, utilities and chemical processing.

SignalFire has further strengthened its portfolio with advanced emissions monitoring solutions, including specialized Methane sensing for greenhouse gases. Driven by the demand for monitoring in remote locations without access to power, the RANGER & SignalFire Cloud platform has exceeded 250 million hours of reliable operations — monitoring anything from pumps, compressors, generators, oil production, tank levels, methane emissions and gas distribution pressure.
