Aquionics (www.aquionics.com), a provider of ultraviolet disinfection solutions for wastewater treatment and other applications, appointed Jon McClean company president. McClean comes to Aquionics after serving as managing director of Aquionics’s sister company, Hanovia Ltd. (www.hanovia.com). During his time at Hanovia, McClean is credited with opening new markets in the pool and drinking water sectors for the company’s UV disinfection technology. McClean has 20 years of experience in the water industry, including municipal and water reuse applications to specialized industrial uses. He earned an MBA at Brunel University (London, United Kingdom) and a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Imperial College (London, United Kingdom).
