The forum, known as eBug for electronic Baxa users group, is a Web-based community for Baxa hardware customers and is designed to provide a vehicle for information exchange and sharing about the company’s products, pharmacy procedures, and current issues. Baxa customers with access to the site can participate in discussions, download support materials, and request technical assistance. The site also allows users to post messages, leave comments, or reply to comments made by other users. Baxa technical experts will moderate the environment and facilitate answers to questions that go unanswered or questions that require further clarification.
