FCX Performance Inc. (www.fcxperformance.com), a distributor of flow control equipment, acquired North Coast Instruments, a distributor of electric actuators and related process equipment and provider of repair services in Ohio and surrounding states.
The deal is intended to enable Columbus, Ohio-based FCX Performance to expand its range of products currently offered in the Ohio area. The combined company will have sales of $130 million, 14 offices serving 21 states and over 190 employees.
