TAH Industries”plastic spray manifold is a disposable assembly that can be used withconventional meter/mix equipment. Common applications include truck bedliners, concrete coating, and tank repair. The reactive coating ismixed within a special static mixer. At the mixer outlet, air isintroduced, which atomizes the liquid stream. This is effective forhigh-viscosity liquids and abrasive suspensions. Since the reactivecoating is contained completely within the disposable static mixer,cleanup time is minimal. For meter/mix applications, TAH”s 550 Autogunwith air-assisted assembly is a good fit. Quick-connect fittings on theair manifold allow rapid mixer changeover. The spray fittingconsists of an air manifold, air cap, and retaining ring. Round orflat-spray air caps are available. The air is connected to the manifoldby a quick -connect fitting.
