Curtiss-Wright Enters Shale Market With Cimarron Energy Acquisition

Curtiss-Wright Corporation has acquired Cimarron Energy Inc. for approximately $135.1 million. With the acquisition, the company says it is diversifying into the U.S. shale oil and gas market in the upstream and midstream segments of the industry.
