Thermo Fisher Scientificredesigned its SOLA II Flare analyzer system as a single analyzersystem for continuous monitoring of sulfur emissions. It offers ameasurement range of 10 PPM to 95 percent of volume, enablingdetermination of the exact  amount of sulfur emitted, as well asthe duration of the flaring event.Whencompared to the previous two-analyzer system, the redesignedsingle-analyzer system has a much smaller footprint, requires lessmaintenance, and uses less utility and carrier gases. Collectively, these new features lower operating and maintenance costs and minimizeoverall expense.ThermoFisher and Mangan Inc., a systems integrator with experience inenvironmental monitoring of flares, have  partnered to providerefineries with a complete, turnkey flare emission  monitoringsolution.
