Chemineer”sGreerco homogenizers are designed for mixing, emulsifying, and dispersingpaint and coatings ingredients of varying viscosities. Thesehigh-speed, high-shear devices subject mixtures to intensemechanical and hydraulic forces to reduce mixing time and assureuniform blending. The motor ismounted above the homogenizing head (turbine-stator), and blending isaccomplished by immersing the homogenizing head in a tank or mixingvessel. The speed and patented design of the skewed turbine develop apressure differential between the bottom of the turbine and the processmaterial surface.
